Track Your Order
Check the status of your Playwin order and download your invoice in a few clicks.
How to track your order
- Click Track my order above (or the account icon at the top of the page).
- Enter the email address you used at checkout and the one-time code we send you.
- Open your order to see its status – confirmed, shipped or delivered – along with your order details.
Other ways to check
- Order confirmation email: click View your order to open your order status page.
- Shipping email: once your order ships, we email you the shipment details.
Download your invoice
Your GST invoice is available from your order details and the link in your order emails.
